Degree Description:

The Master of Accounting Pullman program has an audit and assurance focus. The degree prepares students for careers as professional accountants in financial institutions, government, industry, nonprofit organizations, and public practice. The Master of Accounting degree is a 32-credit hour program that exposes students to technical accounting topics and emphasizes professional accounting research and writing skills. Admission Requirements:

Enrollment in the WSU Master of Accounting (MAcc) courses requires demonstration of competence in the MAcc Foundation coursework. As such, applicants must have completed the appropriate foundation coursework from an AACSB accredited or approved business program prior to enrollment. Applicants must have an average grade of B (3.0 on a 4.0 scale)in the following courses (WSU equivalents in parenthesis):
