Dear Graduate Coordinators and Program Directors,
The Graduate School has entered into an ongoing support agreement with Liaison for GradCAS, EngineeringCAS, WebAdMIT, and Outcomes at WSU. As a first step to provide needed support to our graduate program directors and coordinators, we are offering online office hours with Liaison experts.
What to Expect
These sessions provide a space to ask questions, troubleshoot issues, and get guidance on workflows. You may submit questions in advance or simply attend to learn from others’ questions. Submitting ahead of time allows our support staff to review your question, gather relevant resources, and maximize the value of each session.
All office hours will be recorded and made available for later review.

Schedule
Sessions are held every other week, alternating between Tuesdays and Wednesdays to accommodate varying schedules. Each session is one hour. Attend any session that works for you—additional sessions will be added based on demand.
