Welcome to Outcomes at WSU
Outcomes is an application review and data tool from Liaison International that sits between WebAdMIT and myWSU. When fully implemented over the next two years, Outcomes will enhance data integrations as well as provide streamlined processes for graduate programs to review applicants.
Outcomes implementation is broken into two phases:
Phase I
The Graduate School and Information Technology Services (ITS) will work with Liaison to configure data integration between WebAdMIT, Outcomes, and myWSU. Additionally, the Graduate School will work with our graduate programs super users group to develop custom applicant review processes that can be a model for other programs
Phase II
The Graduate School will go into a deeper integration between Outcomes and myWSU. If successful, this will allow admission decisions to be made within Outcomes and pushed to myWSU.
Project Timeline: (break into CAS cycle)
- Fall 2024: Implement data integrations between Outcomes and myWSU. Configure applications, application reviewing, forms, exports, and users/roles.
- Spring 2025: Building communications, creating contacts and application segments, and building/managing emails/workflows.
- Summer 2025: Conducting walkthroughs and hands-on sessions for superusers.
- Fall 2025: Starting in September, Graduate School will host bi-weekly open labs for graduate coordinators to attend. These labs will provide timely support as our graduate coordinators will be working on applications in Outcomes.

Graduate School Training Sessions
- Kick-off Meeting with Superusers: Our first meeting to introduce stakeholders and collect insights.
- First Superusers session: Walkthrough Outcomes and discuss the main and key features of
- Second Superusers session: A show-and-tell process of application review in outcomes with examples.
- Third Superusers session: Exploring users/roles aspect and privileging application visibility
- Final session: An open session for all grad coordinators with an overview of Outcomes and how it could support their work process.
