Graduate coordinators now have access to Liaison’s Outcomes platform for reviewing applications. Outcomes centralizes application management, streamlines routine tasks such as review assignments and data exports, and supports multi-channel outreach. The platform also offers real-time analytics and customizable dashboards to strengthen data-driven decision-making throughout the admissions process.

To help coordinators make the most of this tool, the Graduate School has developed a Knowledge Base with answers to frequently asked questions, step-by-step guides, and resources to support effective use of Outcomes. We encourage you to explore these materials whenever you need quick help or clarification, and we welcome suggestions for additional “how-to” guides or resources that would better support your work.
In addition to submitting general support tickets to CAS Support, the Graduate School will host open labs via Zoom to provide hands-on support and answer questions about Outcomes. These sessions are an opportunity for coordinators to practice using the platform, receive real-time guidance, and build confidence in reviewing applications. Be sure to mark your calendar and join us next month to take advantage of this dedicated support.
