New Assistantship and Period Activity-Based Pay Letter Templates for Summer 2024
Dear Graduate Coordinators, Program Directors, and Financial Processors,
The Graduate School is pleased to make available the new summer 2024 assistantship appointment letter template and the summer 2024 activity- based appointment letter template. Employment offers for summer assistantships and period activity pay (PAP) must use these templates as they contain the topics required by the WSU/UAW Contract.
The Graduate School will be hosting an optional training session to discuss the new summer templates this Thursday, February 29th at 11am. Zoom details are provided below and an invite is attached.
