We are excited to announce that the Graduate School Policies and Procedures Manual (GSPP) has been converted into a new, fully searchable web format available here.
One of the key motivations for this change is that the previous Confluence version of the manual cannot be accessed outside the U.S. The new format ensures that faculty, staff, and students everywhere have consistent access.
The new platform also introduces a cleaner header system, improving readability and usability. To support this change, we have created a map between the old and new header structure so programs can easily locate familiar sections.
Key features of the new format include:
- Searchability by both chapter headings and full text.
- Clickable links on each section header, allowing programs to embed direct references in their documents.
- Continued access to the archived manuals, as well as Word and PDF versions.
- The legacy Confluence site will also remain available for reference.
We encourage faculty, staff, and students to explore the new format and update any program materials with the direct links now available.
