Degree Description:

The School of Engineering & Applied Sciences (SEAS) offers an outstanding education, providing first-rate preparation for careers in industry and academia. Both Thesis and Non-Thesis options are available on the Tri-Cities campus through the Master of Science program in Computer Science.

Admission Requirements:

Statement of Purpose, Transcripts from All Colleges/Universities Attended, & (3) Letters of Recommendation.

Student Learning Outcomes:

All graduates will be able to:

    1.  Students have general mastery of their field of study in Computer Science.
    2.  Students have mastery of knowledge in a specialized area.
    3.  Students are able to conduct state-of-the-art research in a specialize area that makes a contribution to the knowledge base.
    4.  Students can effectively communicate their research in oral and written form.
    5.  Students are able to disseminate research results in archival literature.
