International Student English Proficiency Exams

Degree Description:

The Carson College of Business MBA at Washington State University is a rigorous, fully online degree designed for working professionals.

Comprised of between 36-52 total credits (depending on foundation coursework required), the Carson MBA can be completed is a few as 22 months.

The degree may be customized by selecting up to three electives and earning a concentration in Marketing, Finance, International Business, or Supply Chain Management.

Graduates of the Carson College of Business MBA program will be prepared to:

  • Evaluate and create a business strategy inclusive of all business disciplines, ground in best practices.
  • Use data and theory to analyze business problems and opportunities, identify solutions, and justify actions.
  • Implement organizational goals by building relationships and communicating persuasively.
  • Apply ethical decision-making frameworks that consider diverse stakeholders.
  • Apply a global perspective that takes into consideration cultural and international contexts.

Admission Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from a regionally accredited institution. Candidates with professional degrees who may not have a bachelors (MD, PharmD, etc.) are also encouraged to apply.
  • 3.0 GPA. Age of GPA and rigor of degree are also considered. Candidates who do not meet the minimum GPA may consider submitting an optional GMAT score.
  •  A resume that describes your work experience in months.
  • One letter of recommendation from someone familiar with your professional experience.
  • A statement of purpose that describes in 500 words or less how your professional and academic experiences have prepared you for success as an MBA student, and how an MBA will help you accomplish your personal and professional goals.
  • Official transcripts from all previous academic work are required for admission.
