The Graduate Research and Evaluation Assistant supports campus-wide needs assessment, program evaluation, and mixed-methods research activities that inform evidence-based decision-making and continuous quality improvement. Working under the supervision of the lead investigator, the position contributes to all phases of the research and evaluation process, including literature review, survey and psychometric development, qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, technical report writing, and communication of findings to student governance and university leadership. The position requires independent judgment, professionalism, collaboration across organizational units (including student government), and responsible stewardship of confidential data while contributing to complex research and evaluation initiatives with institutional impact.
