This intensive workshop series explores the foundations and methodological advancements in causal inference, transcending correlational analysis to establish robust frameworks for identifying true causal relationships. Structured across four sequential sessions, the workshop systematically addresses the epistemological challenges inherent in causal attribution within complex systems.
The curriculum progresses from axiomatic principles of potential outcomes and structural causal models to sophisticated approaches for confounder mitigation, instrumental variable utilization, and interference modeling from perspectives of both observational studies and experimental designs.
