Purpose and Content
Every two years, the Graduate School conducts a comprehensive survey of all enrolled doctoral and master’s students. The survey covers campus climate, learning and development, financial wellness, student mental health and well-being, academic engagement, educational experiences, graduate advising, career planning, overall satisfaction, and more.
Important Information
- Dates: Survey opens Monday, March 17th and closes Friday, March 28th
- Access: Students will receive personalized survey links via email on Monday, March 17th
- Time Commitment: 10-15 minutes to complete
- Participation: Voluntary but strongly encouraged
- Confidentiality: All responses remain confidential with no individual identification
- Incentive: Students who complete the survey can choose to be entered into a drawing for one of ten $50 Safeway gift cards
- Results Availability: May 2025

Call to Action
Graduate program directors and coordinators: please promote survey completion among your students! Graduate programs with five or more survey responses will be able to access aggregated results for their program. In the past, graduate programs have used these results to enhance programs, improve student services, strengthen learning opportunities, and ensure a vibrant and supportive learning environment.
