Starting February 10, 2025, the requirement for a separate ballot memo submitted by the committee chair following the balloting on preliminary and final examinations has been eliminated to remove redundant administrative work and streamline the exam process. The myWSU system securely records examination outcomes, ensuring accuracy and the integrity of the exam results without requiring additional documentation.
