Degree Description:

The goal of the doctoral program in accounting is to prepare doctoral students to become outstanding accounting researchers/educators in the areas of managerial accounting, financial accounting, auditing, and taxation. The Ph.D. program is research-oriented, emphasizing doctoral students and faculty interaction in order to facilitate quality publication in both behavioral accounting research and archival accounting research.
