Dear Graduate Coordinators and Program Directors,
The Graduate School is pleased to announce the 2025 Graduate Program Attestation Assessment Report template in Qualtrics. Starting today, graduate programs will be able to enter information about their ongoing assessment practices via the Qualtrics link provided in their WSU email. The attestation assessment report consists of a short survey, and programs should be prepared to upload current versions of their graduate assessment plan, program bylaws, and student handbooks. Graduate programs will not be asked to provide detailed assessment examples, data analysis, or use of assessment data. Most graduate programs will be able to complete their attestation assessment report 20-30 minutes. The report is due on May 1, 2025.
