UNDERSTANDING THE TIDES OF TRANSITION
You’ve undoubtedly heard the catchphrase “the only constant is change.” You’ve likely paid the price when transitions were poorly managed by you or others. Whether the change is personal (new apartment or different relationship) or professional (institutional, departmental, global), this workshop offers a simple yet profound way to understand and appreciate transitions such that you can move through the next chapter of uncertainty with understanding, empathy and ease.
