Public speaking, interviews, meetings, presentations…these events can be terrifying and nerve-wracking.  Do you ever find yourself out of breath and unable to speak? In this workshop we will explore strategies to put you at ease and help you find strength in these moments.  By working with voice and breath, you will learn to communicate more effectively with those around you.
