In this collaborative event with the Association for Faculty Women (AFW), you’ll learn how to advocate for yourself in academics, set healthy boundaries, and make strategic decisions to help you reach your goals and succeed in your academic career. This panel event will include members of the AFW and other faculty, staff, and students across WSU. Hear stories about personal growth and learn from others about maneuvering academia.
