Empowering Prevention & Inclusive Communities (EPIC)

Peer-led training for a safer, more inclusive community at WSU

EPIC is a joint program between Washington State University and UAW Local 4591 that empowers Academic Student Employees (ASEs) and departments to prevent sexual harassment, strengthen inclusion, and respond effectively when harm occurs.
Through peer-led training and community-based learning, EPIC builds the everyday skills that create safer, more respectful workplaces and classrooms.

We offer EPIC trainings at the start of each academic semester and throughout the year by request. Departments, ASEs, or supervisors interested in scheduling a session can contact us at GS.EPIC@wsu.edu or register through the link below. Trainings are offered both in-person and virtually, depending on facilitator availability and departmental needs.
