Student Learning Outcomes

 

All graduates will be able to:

  1. Graduate students will demonstrate a fundamental understanding of food science knowledge and principles.
  2. Graduate students will apply scientific knowledge to assess and solve food science problems.
  3. Graduate students will exhibit communication skills to convey technical information and defend scientific findings.
  4. Graduate students will be able to design and conduct research experiments and analyze research findings.
