Emerging Companies: Showcase Your Organization to Investment and Partnering Firms
The Emerging Company Poster Session is a fantastic opportunity to share your cutting edge innovation with the “who’s who” of life sciences in the Pacific Northwest and across the globe. The Poster Session is aimed at helping very early stage companies obtain insights from and network with savvy investors and biotech executives.
Who should apply for the poster session?
Early stage entrepreneurs, research teams, or startups from across the life sciences who want to network and receive feedback on their idea.
The criteria that will be considered to select participating companies include:
- Whether you have a committed entrepreneur who intends to move that idea forward into a company
- Companies/teams should not have received any angel or venture capital fundingYou’ll Learn valuable feedback concerning your idea/technology validation, business model selection, team and strategy. You’ll also gain knowledge of the current competitive landscape of your business sector. Each selected company will display a poster and 200-word executive summary, both of which will be printed courtesy of the UW Science & Engineering Business Association (UW SEBA)What are the costs to present, and who can attend?
The fee for Poster Session participants will be offered at the following rates:
As a Poster Session participant, you are welcome to attend any presentation at the conference during the two days.
