This –VIRTUAL– event is free for graduate and undergraduate students, as well as for faculty

Are you feeling overworked and underappreciated?  Does your faculty (or family) keep asking more of you, somewhat oblivious to your workload?  Are you struggling with your peers and colleagues, wanting to offer feedback but afraid of the delivery?  Challenging conversations call for courage, skill and intentionality.  They ask us to put voice to issues that are heavy, cumbersome and confusing.  They invite a willingness to risk to clear up misunderstanding and build relationships.  If you are procrastinating a “courageous conversation” this workshop will help you prepare for self-expression that is critical for success at work and in life.
