Dr. Jaime Nolan, Associate Vice President for Community, Equity, and Inclusive Excellence
The Implicit Bias Awareness Training is available to provide participants with a greater understanding of how their actions and decisions may be unconsciously affecting how we perceive candidates. Awareness that implicit bias can occur during the search and hiring process is an important step in WSU’s commitment to hiring and cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
