This –VIRTUAL– event is free for graduate and undergraduate students, as well as for faculty

The demands of graduate school far exceed cognitive load alone. Between course work and the needs of your assistantship, it can seem daunting. In this workshop, we move past the basics of pragmatic time management and start identifying ways to manage our projects and workloads more efficiently. There will also be an opportunity for students to share time and stress management techniques.
