Program Description
Geology is the study of the earth, its materials,
and the ongoing processes that shape its surface
and interior. Our graduate program offers M.S.
and Ph.D. degrees with specializations in
sedimentology-stratigraphy, structural
geology-tectonics,
mineralogy-petrology-geochemistry, and
hydrogeology. Our analytical laboratory
facilities are extensive and modern, and are
available to graduate students for their
research. The analytical laboratories provide
analysis not only nationwide but internationally
as well.
